Synesound

Synesound is a web application based on the concept of synesthesia. It allows the user to upload an image to the website that, upon login on Spotify on the application, would retrieve data from the image and would pick a song that relates to the image and play it as well as changing the background of the next page based on the colours extracted from the uploaded image. This image is also uploaded into a cloud storage service.

About me

Front End Web Developer with a background in Architecture and a life-long dedication to learning.

I have a certificate as a Front End Developer after graduating on a A 24-week intensive program focused on gaining technical programming skills in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap, ReactJS and Node.js. Passed with a final grade of 96.62% over 100%. The course was imparted by EdX and Trilogy Education Services.

I have a strong passion for learning and creating. I am a very versatile team player with an eye for detail and support. My experience as an architect has gained me a significant experience with dealing with external and internal teams and clients as well as a giving me a strong desing background.

I am furthermore currently enrolled on a MiroBachelors program by IBM and EdX- focused on Cloud application development including: node.js and Express, Containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift as well as Python and Django application development with SQL and microservices and serverless applications.
